Zoe Hartill is a highly experienced Enterprise & Employability Trainer with 20 years of expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and skills development. As Lead Trainer for the Department for Education Skills Bootcamps, Zoe achieved exceptional results with an outstanding success rate in securing interviews and job placements for her students across diverse backgrounds aged 16-80+.

As founder of Zoetecha, her content marketing consultancy, a Google Digital Garage mentor, and former business mentor for SMARTA, Zoe has worked with numerous SMEs and start-ups. Throughout her career, she has worked on major marketing communications and digital campaigns with brands including LEGO, Ferrari, HSBC, Vodafone, Bellway Homes, The Open University, and Sky, alongside tech and SaaS companies across the North East and beyond ,to Director level.

Zoe’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of employability skills, from CV writing and LinkedIn optimisation to interview coaching, sales and business development coaching, freelance business planning, and digital marketing fundamentals. She is a trained Google Digital Garage Trainer and holds an AET Level 3 qualification in Education and Training, enabling her to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that translate directly into career success.

By her own admission, Zoe has navigated several career pivots herself – from sales and account management to advertising and digital marketing, achieving her goal of becoming a Marketing Director before age 30, then successfully transitioning to build her own freelance consultancy into the thriving content agency that is Zoetecha today. Her ability to simplify complex digital concepts and translate them into actionable career strategies, combined with her real-world experience of coaching CEOs and running her own successful business, makes her an exceptional trainer dedicated to helping students access better opportunities and thrive in their careers.
