Emotional Mastery

Emotions – we know them when we feel them but why do we feel them? They shape our decisions but who’s in control: us or the emotion? If we understand them better, can we make better choices? We will give a fresh perspective on how emotions shape our lives and how to take back control, the approach is called ‘Emotional Logic’, and it’s a framework that anyone can follow. Your students will benefit from improvements to their emotional intelligence, empathy and communication skills.

John is an inspiring role model. He builds a great rapport with the students in a short period of time and has helped them identify and manage some of the barriers they have to learning. The students rate John very highly and I can see the impact of his work with them in and outside of lessons. I would highly recommend.
