EXPERIENCE: Michelle has a BA(Hons) English Degree and over ten years experience in the private training sector. Specific experience in working with schools arranging training courses throughout the UK – from initial contact, through to helping schools market their own courses, managing trainers, and course logistics. Michelle is also an experienced in Marketing Manager has skills include account management, developing and arranging training courses globally.

Natalie Reeve

COURSE DEVELOPER BECOMING AN ENTREPRENEUR / North east Trainer

EXPERIENCE: Natalie Reeve set up her first business when she was 18 years old. Since then Natalie has gone on to help and support others in business through developing and delivering training courses through her company. Natalie was also the CEO of an international media company for 10 years, published a book on running a small business and was nominated for a European Business Woman of the Year Award.

Melissa Adams

COURSE DEVELOPER HIGHER EDUCATION, UCAS AND STUDENT FINANCE

EXPERIENCE: Melissa has worked as a qualified careers advisor since 2010, following a career in HR. She has worked on community-based and government-funded contracts to support those affected by redundancy, long-term unemployment and those looking to change careers. She has also worked as a careers advisor in education, across secondary, further education and higher education. She is also highly experienced in coordinating the UCAS process and advising on personal statements and the University application process. She is particularly passionate about enabling her students to increase their employability skills through the development of CVs and job search skills.

Dawn Maclean

EXPERIENCE: Dawn has enjoyed a multi-faceted career, with over 20 years’ experience in B2B and B2C marketing.  She has recently taken time out to complete an MSc in Strategic and Digital Marketing.  Her career started in the Export Sales and Marketing of machine tools, a particular career highlight was setting up an exhibition in Russia to showcase the talent of the British Woodworking Industry.  Having always enjoyed working in a high-tech environment Dawn embraced digital marketing when it was in its infancy.  These skills were paramount in the success of setting up a Holiday Let and achieving an annual occupancy of 80%. Now working as a Marketing Consultant, she enjoys working with clients on a wide range of projects, her speciality is inbound marketing.

Johnathan Lane

COURSE DEVELOPER Understanding cryptocurrencies / Trainer

EXPERIENCE: Johnathan is a long-standing teacher and senior leader with 15 year’s experience. For the past 12 years Johnathan’s focus has been running a Sixth Form in a high performing school in Gloucestershire, where he’s the Director and Assistant Principal. 

In this time Johnathan has built considerable levels of expertise in planning and delivering PSHCE sessions to support students with their revision, study skills and mental health. He is well versed in helping students apply for university and has mentored students with applications to Oxbridge and for highly competitive courses in Law, Medicine, Dentistry and Vet Science. 

Johnathan has a keen interest in economic history and exponential change which has led him to the world of cryptocurrency. More recently Johnathan has been using his knowledge and skills in this area to teach young people about the growth, opportunities and risks associated with digital assets.

 

Amanda Brookfield

COURSE DEVELOPER Study skills / HE, UCAS and Student Finance Trainer

EXPERIENCE:   Amanda has taught in schools abroad and in the UK, among them Sevenoaks School, Epsom College and Worth School.  She has been an English teacher, Head of English and, latterly, Head of Sixth Form and Director of Careers and Higher Education. She is skilled with all aspects of UCAS (UK), Common App and Coalition (USA) and other application procedures in countries worldwide. Amanda has a strong track record of supporting applicants to competitive universities and courses, in particular Oxford, Cambridge, Medicine. She completed a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development in 2019, which enhanced her skills in guiding and supporting students. Amanda believes strongly in the power of informed career education, information and guidance to transform the life choices and opportunities of young people.

Rubbi Bhogal-Wood

North west TRAINER

EXPERIENCE: Rubbi’s motto is ‘you control social, not the other way around”, and her purpose is to help her clients and audiences feel empowered, confident, and knowledgeable to grow their businesses using social media intentionally and while nurturing their mental health.

With 20 years of sales & marketing experience under her belt, working for the likes of Microsoft and Facebook partners, Rubbi knows social media and is the go to expert in this field.

She regularly speaks at networking events, on national radio, on LIVE social media channels, podcasts, and panels. Rubbi hosted her first TEDx Talk in July 2019, discussing social media and mental health.

Anna Bowler

west midlands Trainer

EXPERIENCE : Anna is a freelance marketing and communication specialist working with a range of charitable organisations and start-ups across the UK, she has a love for learning and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing – where she regularly engages with training sessions. Prior to a career in marketing, Anna worked in schools in the UK and Hong Kong as an Assistant Head of Sixth Form and subject leader of Geography and Extended Qualification Project. She has delivered sessions in Critical Thinking, Applying for University, UCAS and LNAT to students studying in international schools across the globe.

Wendy Wyss

EXPERIENCE : Wendy is a Marketing & Social Media Consultant and Trainer with 15 years’ experience gained across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors.

She has worked at both global FMCG businesses including Nestlé Nespresso and Procter & Gamble, as well as ambitious SMEs including the rapidly-expanding jewellery brand, Monica Vinader.

Wendy has first-hand experience of creating and implementing successful marketing initiatives for global well-known brands, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by SMEs and their business owners. Bringing the two together, she launched her consultancy to help small businesses grow. She also shares her skills and experience as a Marketing & Social Media trainer, delivering courses and workshops within the Education sector and to SMEs.

Natasha Daryaie

Northern Ireland TRAINER

EXPERIENCE: Natasha was nominated Top 4 Young Entrepreneurs in Newry City in December 2021, Natasha started her business at the young age of 21, taking risks and believing that anything is possible. Along side this, Natasha was the Marketing/Operations Manager for Irelands largest family entertainment centre for nearly 14 years. In this position, Natasha ran hundreds of successful marketing campaigns and this lead to the opening of her own marketing business TGG Promotions. 

Natasha has a wealth of knowledge in managing successful businesses in Northern Ireland along with delivering a plethora of workshops and guest speaking in schools, businesses and colleges across the globe.  

Across all Natasha’s social media platforms, Natasha has a total nearly 30,000 people following her daily tips & tricks for business and fitness.

EXPERIENCE : Amy Atkinson is the founder of a marketing consultancy and has helped small businesses to Fortune 500 companies grow their sales and customer base by 300% year on year. 

While she still works directly with some small businesses, she trains and coaches many more through her membership, to grow their businesses through social media and digital marketing

EXPERIENCE : Jess is a digital professional with over 10 years of experience in social, content, and influencer marketing. She specialized in creating global campaigns for beauty, fashion, and FMCG brands and has worked with top companies such as WPP, Fiat Chrysler Group, Unilever, Heathrow, CIROC, and Expedia.

In addition to her agency and in-house experience, Jessica has built a strong personal brand with a total social media following of 70K through her fashion and beauty site www.lookwhatigot.co.uk and FBL Bloggers, an influencer network with a global following. She has also created amazing fashion and beauty content for her content creator page Jess D on Instagram & TikTok.

Jessica is also an entrepreneur, having launched her own cosmetics company, By Jess D, and co-hosted a Spotify podcast called The Hustle Hotline.

Rachael Chidgey

EXPERIENCE: Rachael is a passionate educator, leader and trainer with over 20 years of experience in the sector. She worked a Head of Department  for 15 years, managing vocational and functional skills curriculum, and training and coaching educators to build best practice. She has developed and led education projects in digital and employability skills and is a specialist in SEND. Over the last 4 years Rachael has worked with a global EdTech company as a learning specialist and advisor, leading on user-research and user-design.

Rachael is committed to enhancing innovating, quality teaching and learning experiences using a using a deep understanding of the learning journey, inclusion, technology, and a strong focus on the purpose and value of pedagogy in the 21st Century.  

Frankie Snobel

South Trainer

EXPERIENCE : Frankie Snobel is a solo female founder, who exited her drinks business in six years, after acquisition from the global drinks conglomerate that she had written into her first business plan in 2012.

A cocktail enthusiast with a decade of mixology experience, Frankie launched Tipplesworth in 2013, initially creating the world’s first cocktail case in luxury retail, then targeting home cocktails with bottled mixers in grocery. Initially, it seemed that it would be her brilliant brand and unique product line that would be her success, but in the end, it was a clever and very timely pivot to grab a hold of the “cocktails-on-tap” opportunity in pubs that led to Frankie’s business sale to Diageo plc. Her draught cocktails now sit proudly under the Smirnoff name.

With her business sold, Frankie is now consulting in drinks innovation, speaking at events, and is advising entrepreneurs along their business journeys.

Leanne Evans

EXPERIENCE : Leanne is a business coach, wellness expert and entrepreneur passionate about digital marketing. She spent several years in the beauty and wellbeing sector as a commercial manager at Europe’s largest beauty booking app Treatwell. 

She then followed her interest in marketing, moving to Stylist Magazine in Brand management, establishing the Stylist Strong brand and driving the brand’s commercial success online and in print. Leanne left the corporate world in 2019 and has since entered the world of entrepreneurship.

 Combining her passion for wellbeing and diversity, and inclusion, she became the Co-Founder of start-up Oshun Workplace Wellbeing as featured on BBC. Oshun delivered high-level transformative programmes in the corporate sector whilst championing diversity. 

She now consults businesses directly, helping them to establish business foundations with her signature SMILE method (Strategy, Marketing & Personal Branding, Inner Healing, Love and Wellbeing and Expression).
