Terms & Conditions

  1. Before organising any training for your school, or participating in any training please read, and understand our standard Terms and Conditions.
  2. Booking a workshop/talk is an agreement arranged by Enrichment Partnership, and on agreement, your school. A booking contract will be sent to be signed by both you (the school) and us (Enrichment Partnership) and invoiced accordingly (see 3 and 4)
  3. Booking training – Deposits are used to book courses if the course charges per person, and an invoice to reflect minimum number of attendees with be raised on receipt of a signed booking contract. Another invoice will be raised and payable after the course to reflect actual numbers. Payment must be made by BACS with the correct invoice number.
  4. Booking a course with a set price – an invoice is raised for the full amount on receipt of a signed booking contact. Payment must be made by BACS with the correct invoice number.
  5. All invoices are due in 30 days.
  6. All balance payments are non refundable.
  7. A school may change the date of the workshop/talk with 30 days notice.
  8. If a trainer is unable to attend due to trainer illness or other circumstances beyond their control, the course/talk may be cancelled if an alternative trainer cannot be sourced. Refunds of any fees paid will be made. Enrichment Partnership have no liability for additional costs incurred.
  9. Enrichment Partnership reserves the right to change any of the prices, service or other particulars contained on the Enrichment Partnership website at any time.
  10. Enrichment Partnership does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual and unforeseeable circumstances such as war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
  11. Enrichment Partnership give customers the opportunity to provide details of any specific requirements that the trainer should be made aware with prior to the course commencing.
  12. By signing the booking form on behalf of your school, you are agreeing to accept all these conditions. The person who signs the booking form does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
  13. Enrichment Partnership adheres to the Data Protection Act 1988 and ICO regulations.
