Esther is a qualified business coach, LinkedIn specialist, and experienced workshop facilitator and author. With over eight years running her own business, Online Media Works, and nearly a decade teaching marketing and entrepreneurship at university level, she brings real-world experience into every session she delivers.

Esther holds a BSc (Hons) in IT for Education and Training, a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching, and is a qualified AI Trainer. She has coached over 100 entrepreneurs and founders, helping them build confidence and clarity in their businesses. She has delivered sessions at MBA level at the University of Roehampton and taught undergraduate modules at the University of Worcester, making her equally at home in a lecture theatre or a school hall.
