Rachel has spent the last 15 years specialising in social media at award London-based marketing and PR agencies. She is now a freelance consultant, passionate about making marketing work hard for businesses, without it being hard work.
Her career has always centred on one thing: telling brand stories that resonate with audiences and drive meaningful, long-term growth – whether for global enterprises or ambitious challengers.
Her journey began client-side with publisher Pearson Education – quite literally selling stories to education bodies around the world. (Their motto “Always Learning” has never left her.) She then moved into agency roles delivering award-winning brand, influencer and social programmes for clients including Nectar, LinkedIn and The Volvo Group.
In addition, she’s had the privilege of working with global brands such as London Stock Exchange Group, Ricoh, Groupon, Leica, Swatch, Harry Winston and Heidsieck & Co. Monopole Champagne – helping them translate brand ambition into social storytelling that performs.
