Format – Workshop
Dawn was great and related well to the students. It’s hard to pitch it when you haven’t met the group but she adapted and made the session applicable and enjoyable for the group.
Session went well. One group presented their business plans, flyer and video advert, other group gave a talk about their business plan. Q&A session after about the world of work and entrepreneurship and marketing. Great feedback from the last session there - 2 girls put their business idea into action and did a cake bake for charity and are considering doing a cake to order service for the sixth form.
