- Making and Spending Money; Sales and Marketing of your business and activity
- Getting Started; setting up, business plans, and putting one together
- Business Ideas; present and discuss plus goal setting
Introduction to Marketing (4x1hr sessions) :
- What is Marketing? – 4ps, marketing vs advertising, marketing associations
- Buying Personas – Persona overview and activity, expediential marketing
- Market Research – Surveys, Questionnaires, Focus Groups
- Branding and Introduction to Digital Landscape
Social Media Skills (6x1hr sessions) :

Understanding Cryptocurrencies (4x1hr sessions)
- Introduction: What is cryptocurrency, Web 3 and blockchain? Why are there different types of cryptocurrencies? How can they make and lose you money?
- Bitcoin as digital gold: What is money? Why did we use gold as money? Why did gold fail as money? Is our own currency doomed? Is Bitcoin digital gold? Will it kill the environment?
- The technology revolution: Is Ethereum a new internet? How did a Bored Ape change art? What is the metaverse? Is data the new oil? What are social tokens?
- Crypto and you: a crash course in investing, storing and finding value in different coins and tokens.
British Sign Language (BSL) Basics by Sign Source (6x1hr sessions)
- Introduction to BSL and general Deaf Awareness; Introduction to Deaf Awareness, BSL alphabet/fingerspelling, introductory questions and phrases, lip-reading and fingerspelling activities
- Family; An introduction to correct hand-shapes, facial expressions and BSL grammar, basic conversational topics, family relations, describing a person including appearance, describing where people live, related short phrases
- Numbers; 1-100, language relating to money, talking about age, time, related short phrases
- Weather and School/College Subjects; The weather, short weather related phrases, school subjects, school life, describing classrooms, related short phrases to school
- Life at university/college – Basic language involving FE/HE courses, related phrases, how to discuss career aspirations, introductory language regarding the social life – joining clubs
- Applying for a new job – Basic language involving applying for jobs, related phrases to help with the application process
