Last week Enrichment Partnership were kindly invited to run our Becoming an Entrepreneur sessions, as well as a session on the importance of social media for businesses, for their Y10 students. The sessions were delivered in person by Amy Atkinson and virtually by Natasha Daryaie, both successful entrepreneurs.
The school shared their thoughts on the session : “The sessions were well run with engaging trainers. The sessions run in-person were brilliant and the trainer took into consideration the various additional needs in the group. The remote session was great too, with the trainer able to inspire and motivate our young people despite not being with them in-person.”
Both Amy and Natasha loved delivering the sessions to this school. Amy said “All the teachers were helpful with the SEND children and continually moving the class forward to get the most out of the session. Children seemed really engaged – especially when I spoke with them on a 121 basis during activities. Those that were already engaged watched and listened intently. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and would happily go back again to the school.” and Natasha added “I loved this session. Initially, the students were a bit quiet but quickly became very interactive and produced excellent business ideas. A lovely group with excellent teaching staff to help.”
Well done to the Y10’s at Oasis Academy John Williams who came up with some great business ideas!
