NHS 5 steps to mental wellbeing is a great way to recharge and look after your wellbeing. It is such an important factor not only within school life, but beyond. As a reminder the NHS 5 steps to mental wellbeing are :
Connect with other people
Be physically active
Learn new skills
Give to others
Mindfulness by paying attention to the present moment
As a business we feel the pressures surrounding that, as I am sure many teachers and students do to consciously look after our mental wellbeing.
Over the coming months we will be looking into how enrichment will enhance others to learn new skills and how that could benefit them in the future.
