Revision Study Skills at Tranby

On Friday we had the pleasure to be invited back to Tranby to run our revision study skills led by Christine Phillimore.

It was the last day of term at Tranby, but the students embraced their study skills in preparation for the upcoming exams. Christine led 4x1hr workshops for Y10-Y13.

We covered :

Attitudes to learning – mindset and motivation, Staging your learning priorities, Optimal Learning Approaches: preview, study, review/revise, Study – Active Learning, Tips on Summarising

Revision Techniques, Prioritising and Planning, How to Complete a revision planner, Time Management and Organisation, Preparation for the examinations
