For the past 6 weeks we have been working with the students at John Colet School delivering a series on Social Media Skills led by Amy Atkinson who said “As the weeks went on the students became much more interactive – it was a pleasure to work with them and the school!”
The series covers :
- The importance of social media to businesses
- Social Consumer – segmentation and targeting, social currency, self esteem, social touchpoints
- Big Data – What can business learn from social media – social listening, personalisation
- What is a social media strategy and how to build on
- Social Media Tools [automation, social listening, design, video production]
- How to build a portfolio and showcase these skills
One student commented that “It had a lot of information about many different topics.”
