Erin Skelton brings over sixteen years of senior leadership experience in state and independent education, spanning both faith-based and secular institutions in both academic and pastoral roles. These roles have seen Erin in charge of T&L, Pupil Progress, as a DSL, and as a Head of Sixth Form in a Top 100 school.
Erin now divides her time across several roles, which include Chief Strategy Officer at Bright Field Consulting, where she specialises in coaching and mentoring aspiring and current educational leaders and students and collaborates with schools worldwide to enhance their strategy, pedagogy, and infrastructure.
Her love of education means that Erin is never far away from the classroom; she continues to teach from KS3 to A-level and also freelances delivering a range of workshops and keynotes. This work includes DEIB, SCIIT training and work with women in education. Erin is a Fellow of the RSA and is a Trustee of a national Domestic Violence charity.
